South Beach Open Water Skills Clinic - 3 week series

Time: 6:20am for a 6:30am start, finish at 7:30am
Venue: South Beach Fremantle. (meet on beach opposite carpark nearest to playground)
Cost: FREE for 3 week clinic. 18+ only.
After: Coffee at South Beach Café afterwards for those who can hang around.
We recommend wearing a wetsuit for the open water sessions.
Skills covered on the day:
• How to read beach conditions
• Wading and dolphining
• Sighting
• Turning
• Finishing
• Stroke and breathing adjustments
• Catching waves
• Long swims to build endurance to enter an Open Water distance of your choice.
