WILD BUSH FOOD: a talk by Rees Campbell

Rees is the best selling author of ‘Eat Wild Tasmania’, ‘Eat MORE Wild Tasmania’ and lately ‘The Seaweed Supplement’- a guide to edible seaweeds which grow in Tasmanian waters. She will share with us her lifelong passion for Tasmanian wild bush food and have edibles to taste from her wild food nursery, 'Murnong Wild Food Garden' in Wynyard, Tasmania.Tea and coffee on arrival.
After 5pm settle into the evening with our regular monthly BYO base and toppings Pizza Night. The Pizza Night component is free and all welcome.
