For unforeseen circumstance, Charlie Allen is unable to present on Dec 6.Hoewever, Past President Mark Balla very recently returned from India, will be updating us on his visit to Rajastan State preparing for a Needs Assessment for potential Global Grant with The Rotary Foundation.
Also visiting two schools in Maharastra State for regarding a recently closed global grants.
Mark is the Projects Officer of Operation Toilets Australia, a project of Rotary Club of Box Hill Central and author of "Toilet Warrior".
