About
Friday 12th January 5.30-7.30pm
Start the new year by giving yourself the gift of slowing down and creating space to reconnect with your heart. Join Gyani for a nourishing Yin Yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra practice that will not only feed your body's need for R&R but will also feed your soul's need to re-centre and cultivate clarity. Consciously create a sankalpa or intention for the year, and use your practice to plant the powerful seed of transformation.
