Risk culture is a collective approach to managing risk and making decisions. It’s a system of beliefs, values and behaviours throughout your organisation. A positive risk culture is one where team members at every level appropriately manage risk as an integral part of their daily work routine.Learning Outcomes:

3. Build a risk culture improvement plan
This session is designed for Victorian Government and Community Service Organisations. This workshop isn’t just for risk professionals – it’s suited to leaders in various roles.
