Iran Sanadzadeh, 'Ocean Again' Album Launch
Iran Sanadzadeh launches the LP release of her debut solo album on the Pressure-Sensitive Floors. This work plays with what an electronic instrument is, where it hides, and how many parts of its ship you can replace and still find the same instrument inside. Changing timbres across bells and noise bands, the music evolves slowly in a weaving of complex and simple tones. On a physical release, an imprint of the movement on the instrument remains in individual homes; in the live concert, the sounds connect the room, the ears of the performer and the audience.
