Workshop focus:
Acro Strength/flexibility, Acrobatics technique (walkovers, barani's, round - off, handsprings, front aerials, back flips, back tucks), tricks!
Pre-requisite for this workshop - Front and back walkover and working towards or be able to do a side Aerials (barani)
All acrobats and gymnasts with previous experience are welcome! You don't need to be a regular student at IEM.
