About
Participating in the Rotary Learning Institute (RLI) may be the most important Rotary training you undertake. It is fast-paced, cooperative learning at its best.A two-day non-consecutive course in both Rotary knowledge & information, including basic leadership skills. Also included are engaging seminars and group activities on range of Rotary topics, public speaking, public relations, membership and fun all rolled into one, benefitting ALL Rotary members.
RLI is a facilitated learning process following the principles of adult learning. A structured curriculum is followed, and participants are required to be fully involved in discussion, research, presenting and a range of learning activities.
The facilitators are all trained and certified by RLI – they include Past District Governors, District Governors, District Governors Elects. Current facilitators include Geoff Simpson, Ineke Oliver, Patricia Schraven, Jon Bilson, Jodie Sparks, Kero O'Shea, Charles Johnson, Darren Perera.
