🦻📲Discovery call to identify session focus areas/goals.
🚴♀️🎓2 or 3hrs F2f interactive riding/guiding/coaching session at agreed trail location
• Skill development – control, confidence, fun, flow
• New trail & route knowledge
• Wrap up with 2 way feedback
• Follow up recap, photo & video analysis, suggestions for ongoing practice
Session focus areas could range from technical riding skills such as jumps, drops & cornering to broader mindset capabilities such as confidence, motivation and positive habits.
Sessions designed & tested to offer value for all abilities and ages:
* Beginner riders tackling first singletrack
* Intermediates building more confidence on jumps & drops
* Expert shredders wanting to spot, attack and perhaps race steep tech lines with confidence
* New or returning riders wanting to rediscover fitness, fun & flow.
