The Mods and The Shinkicks

Hailing from regional Victoria just north of Melbourne on Wurundjeri Country, The Mods are a genre-defying four-piece band fusing a multitude of musical styles and influences including rock, jazz, alt-folk, pop and psychedelia. The band released their self-titled debut album in early 2024, a ten-track odyssey exploring the elations and tribulations of modern adolescence, which was written, recorded and produced by the group throughout 2023. The Mods - Chelsea (drums/vocals), Aubrey (bass/vocals), Sunday (guitar/vocals) and Jack (guitar/pedals)- formed in early 2022 after meeting in high school music classes. Following early success in several local Battle of the Bands competitions, the group discovered their passion for performing to live audiences and turned to writing their own material. Alongside Elo and the Shin Kicks, these two young bands will assure you a good night.
