Storm MMA are now offering kid's classes on a term by term basisAges 5-15
Choice between one or two kid’s MMA sessions a week over the school term (10 weeks) from the sessions listed below
-Session 1 Thursdays 5-6pm Start 2 May 2024. Last class 4 July 2024
-Session 2 Sundays 9-10am Start 5 May 2024. Last class 7 July 2024
A combination of technical MMA tuition, strength and conditioning sessions
Experienced trainers
Flexible environment and lessons that caters to different learning styles, including experienced and non-experienced students
Opportunities for friendships outside of the school environment
Safe and fun environment to release energy
Grading at the end of the term (only students booked for the term are eligible to grade)
What to wear/bring
Wear loose fitting t-shirt and shorts. No buttons, zips, or pockets. Can wear bike pants and tights if preferred
Bring a drink bottle, boxing gloves (bring own or purchase at gym)
