About
Held during National Advance Care Planning Week, this event aims to increase the primary care workforce awareness of palliative care services and supports available in the Brisbane North PHN region.The program includes education over a three-course meal, networking, and an exhibition of featured available services and supports. The presentation will provide helpful guidance and tips on managing palliative care from the perspective of general practice in the Brisbane North PHN region, from diagnosis to end of life care.
