Lunar New Years Dinner
We are excited to be celebrating Lunar New Years this year with a dinner highlighting our amazing head chef, Alwyn's Malay-Chinese background!
He has put together a delicious menu, based on his childhood memories of Lunar New Year with his grandmother and mother, while adding his own twists.
The menu includes:
Yee Sang - prosperity salad
Nai Yow Ha - garlic butter prawns
Ikan Goreng - Whole Fried Baby Barramundi
Kong Tau Yew Bak - braised pork belly
Tang Yuan - rice balls in a ginger pandan syrup
