This online introductory webinar will introduce participants to some of the contemporary understandings and underlying principles of Ego State Therapy (Parts Therapy) in psychotherapy. The workshop will not only provide participants with the basic theory, but will also demonstrate the utilisation of Ego State Therapy and teach some techniques that participants can apply in psychotherapy.
