Take on the challenge to grow and store all of your veg for one full year. It's possible by joining the The Harvest workshop series. This series should empower you, the grower, with skills to preserve and create yummy flavours that are not only delicious, but great for your health.
Led by Jam lover and enthusiast of all things preserved, Chloe, you'll be guided on a 3 hr workshop to make your own jam & Jellies. Great for people with a glut of - lemons, oranges, limes, berries, stone fruit etc
WHAT YOU GET
Outline of equipment and how to use it inc substitutions
Instruction on making your own natural pectin and process of setting
Instruction on fruit prep & natural pectin
Guidance on sanitising, filling and sealing
Guidance how to avoid spoilage
1x jar of Marmalade
1x jar of fruit Jam
Light refreshments
Attendees can bring their own produce and jars for extra batches
