Our classes are safe, fun and informative and you will definitely take away plenty of tips to help keep yourself safe.
This class is a community event - all we ask is a donation of whatever you can afford to help women and children in need - we will be donating all the proceeds to local charity who provide support and services to women and children who are victims of domestic violence.
