This workshop will be exploring the science and practice of crafting our own herbal tinctures, elixirs and herbal honeys to support and maintain longterm health and wellbeing. You will learn how to develop, make, apply tinctures, elixirs and herbals honey and why these remedies are important.If you’ve been wanting to expand your herbal medicine making skills in a fun and supportive environment, whilst connecting with other plant people, this workshop is for you! The herbs we will work with are going to be easily grown in our climate so you can continue growing your healing garden and prepare simple and effective remedies at home.
