Leave behind the demands of daily life and join us to get pampered, relax and connect with yourself and other mums in a warm and welcoming environment.
(The retreat is one Sunday before the actual Mothers Day so you can get best of both worlds - spend time with yourself and also with your family.)

Your hosts
Deepika Jindal - Deepika is a certified teacher of meditation and mindfulness. She has studied with the Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness, and has completed Sadhguru's Inner Engineering. Deepika has learnt from world-renouned meditation teachers such as Emily Fletcher, Anodea Judith, Sonia Choquette, Jeffrey Allen, and has been deeply influenced and inspired by the teachings of His Holiness Dalai Lama, Sadhguru, Mahatria, Deepak Chopra. Meditation has had a profound impact on Deepika's life, and now she wants to share this with as many light beings as she can, and welcomes everyone to Circle of Calm. Learn more here
Bansi Somaiya - Bansi is an experienced yoga instructor and loves to share the transformation of physical and mental well-being that Yoga brings. She is also a dedicated massage therapist with a unique approach to wellness. Bansi likes to understand the needs of each of her client, addressing the root cause and guiding them towards a path of self-care.
