Treat yourself to an hour of relaxation allowing your body to rejuvenate from all that life has served you of late.
The tranquil sound of our singing bowls will have you immersed in deep relaxation.
All mats , towels , pillows and bolsters are provided just bring along your own light blanket to keep you cosy while you embark on this refreshing journey.
Please arrive 10 mins prior to commencement as the doors will be locked at the start time to ensure all participants have an uninterrupted time.
