Join us at Sydenham Neighbourhood House to unwind after work with our beginner yoga class to relax and exercise for peace of mind and body. Mats provided.
On Wednesdays 17 April – 26 June (11 sessions) from 6.30pm – 7.30pm - $110 for full term
