If you have been thinking of trying meditation, there's never been a better time than now to start with Sindhu at WNH. Meditation is about being kind to our mind by bringing in more awareness and clarity. It allows us to create conditions that help us feel calmer and more content. We will be practicing some of the popular mindfulness techniques to give us a peek into how our mind feels and how we could feel better.We will be running a 4 week course in May.
Session dates: 1,8,15, 22 May. Time: 6-7pm
Participants have to commit to all 4 sessions and cannot book into individual sessions.
Cancellations less that 48 hours before the first session on 1st May are nonrefundable. Ticket is transferable.
