Bundeena / Maianbar! Experience a lovely one hour sound bath on Sunday, April 14th. This is your time to take time out for you and relax to the soothing and healing sounds of crystal quartz singing bowls, koshi chimes, tuning forks and more. We'll start off with a grounding meditation to reconnect to your roots, then get cozy and warm, and settle in to let beautiful sounds nourish, warm and reinvigorate you.
