About
Like all ecosystems, our bodies need healthy circulation in order to thrive.In this series we will explore our organs in relation to circulation of our fluids - blood, lymph, cerebrospinal, interstitial - as well as breath, hormones, nervous system communication and more. We will spend time with the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, endocrine glands, the interstitium, the digestive organs, as well as muscles and bones - with attention to their relationships within the dynamic ecosystem of the body.
Classes are based in Body-Mind Centering® and offer a combination of experiential anatomy & physiology, learning by moving, sensing and self-reflection.
