'Take a Day Out' of your busy schedule for a day of learning, fun, creativity and socialising with old and new friends. Everyone is welcome to attend this one day Wellness Retreat: Let's Get Herby, Healthy and Handy hosted by the Cancer Care Centre. Three fantastic facilitators - Sue Lohmeyer (Herbalist), Jennifer Walsh (Chef) and Gus Clutterbuck (Ceramicist) will lead participants through a series of three interactive sessions.Session 1. Introduction to Herbalism and the Magic of Herbs
Session 2. Food as Medicine
Session 3: Get Herby and Handy
