This workshop for lawyers aims to:
- Understand the core principles of people-focused leadership, including:
- Creating a climate of psychological health & safety
- Embodying and modelling self awareness and regulation
- Building engaging and supportive teams
- Fostering trust, connection, compassion and collegiality
- Proactively supporting ‘at-risk’ employees (with respect to legal responsibilities, obligations, options and boundaries)
- Enhancing knowledge, skills, resources and helpful language in managing complex & sensitive issues in the workplace (including psychological injuries, return-to-work, interpersonal conflict, behavioural issues, complex mental health issues, performance issues and / or major organisational / industry change)
- Exploring the ways to increasing ‘perceived organisational support’, and therefore collective wellbeing and productivity

He has continued to provide counselling, consultancy, and workshops to these sectors, in addition to the legal sector (including private firms and Australian Law Societies), international Employment Assistance Programs (EAP), and the Insurance and Workers Compensation sectors.
