Sweat and Scribble is an invigorating sauna and cold plunge experience followed by a guided journalling workshop!
One way to beat the Sunday Scaries is by starting your Sunday with a soothing sauna & cold plunge session at Koho Sauna in Lakes Entrance, followed by a guided journaling workshop facilitated by Alyssa from 'Catch Me Outside My Comfort Zone' the podcast at the cosy cafe across the road, Albert & Co, where you can enjoy a warm coffee and breakfast of your choice.
As it falls on the last Sunday of the month, it's an ideal opportunity to reflect on the month, we discuss and share our wins and learns from the month, feeling inspired and empowered by others.
