Kundalini Yoga works through posture, breath, focus and mantra to bring all levels of your being into inner harmony.
Your 3 gunas (basic ingredients), 5 tattvas (elements), 7 chakras and 10 spiritual bodies are brought into balance and alignment.
The result is a sense of health and well-being, emotional harmony, connection with your self, an energetic flow and clear mind and an experience of yourself as a spiritual being.
Join me for these 5 weeks in which we will practice kriyas (yoga sets) and meditations to focus on balance and harmony on the various levels of our being. Each class involves a short introduction to give a background to the practice, then the kriya, relaxation and meditation.
The result is a stronger sense of the nucleus of your true self and a radiance out into your environment.
