Is it your first time using a "Competition Block?" or are you looking to make adjustments to your dives?
Improve your confidence and technique on the fastest part of your race. This session will be specifically for dive skills. Open to all competitive squad swimmers.
**Clinic is best suited for students who can swim 25m Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly confidently**
