About
The Victorian Government is strengthening the Fair Jobs Code by lowering the threshold for pre-assessment certificates for suppliers and sub-contractors to $1 million, from $3 million and $10 million respectively.
The $1 million threshold will take effect from 1 September 2024 and means more businesses will be required to hold a pre-assessment certificate to participate in tenders and procurements.
This 45-minute information session will provide an outline of the changes to the strengthened Fair Jobs Code and allow time for questions from participants.
