The education session will be informative and beneficial of those at risk at falls with presentations to reduce the likelihood of falling in future.
Uniting AgeWell's Allied Health customers, Social Connection customers and CHSP and HCP clients and their families are welcome to join us to learn more about falls prevention.
Five sessions will be run across Uniting AgeWell's AgeWell centres in Victoria in late June and early July. Availabilities will be limited, sign up and join us to improve the independence in your ageing journey today.
