The Ivanhoe Edge Learn to Lift Holiday Program is designed to introduce young athletes to the world of safe and effective strength training.
What We'll Cover:
- Proper mechanics, form, and technique for weightlifting exercises
- Using force decks and timing gates to assess progress
Who Should Attend:
This program is perfect for any young athlete looking to build a strong foundation for their athletic performance.
What to Bring:
- Activewear
- Appropriate running shoes
- Small towel
- Water bottle
Important Information:
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in. Staff will meet participants in the foyer of the Sport and Aquatic Centre.
- Parking is available via Russell Street underground carpark with easy access to the Centre.
- Please complete the force decks and timing gates consent form before your session (link to form sent once booking is confirmed).

- 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Session 1 - Rookies (12-14 years)
- 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Session 2 - Teens (14+ years)
