Join Jacy from The Spiritual Centre and Lisa from Body, Mind & Soul Healing as we take you on a sound healing journey harnessing the transformative energies of the winter solstice and full moon.Using kinesiology, Lisa will help set each person’s energies upon entering the space to ensure you are unlocked, open, and ready to release and/or receive, depending on your personal intentions. Jacy will then guide you through a delicious sound bath using drums, koshi chimes and crystal sound bowls to help shift any stagnant energy and align you into your highest frequency.
Doors open at 6pm for a 6.30pm start.
Please bring an eye mask, cushion and blanket.
