Join Simmone Robinson of SimShakti Yoga and Holistic Healing and Monique Malone of Samsara Healing Australia to celebrate Ostara amongst nature at Samsara Sanctuary in Raymond Terrace on 12 acres of majestic land embraced by the four elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water.Ostara celebrates the Spring Equinox, the turning of The Wheel of the Year, the changing of the seasons as our beloved Gaia (Mother Earth) makes her ever revolving journey around the Sun.
Together we will honour the quickening of the Earth as we move into a time of balance, renewal and rebirth through play, craft, meditation and sound.
Our time together includes
- Crafting an Ostara Flower Crown
- Movement/Dance around an open fire
- Hypnotic Meditation Sound Journey
- Optional stay after 1pm for a shared picnic (BYO food to share)
What to bring:
- Water bottle
- Yoga mat and cushion for meditation
- Picnic food if staying for picnic
- Please wear white or soft pastels
