July 5th 2024: Super Sleuthing: Intelligence

Super Sleuthing: Intelligence, for high school students and over

ECU’s School of Science is proud to offer this new intelligence workshop for high school students interested in learning about working in Security and Intelligence. Throughout the day students will engage in a variety of activities, including research and analysis tasks, logical thinking and strategy exercises and 'Who Dun It?' style investigations.

Note: this content has been refreshed. For those who joined us in January, new, exciting challenges await you in this July offering!

Workshop 1, Open Intelligence: More information is available online than most people can imagine. Take the opportunity to learn how much information is available online and how to use it.
Workshop 2, Choose Your Path intelligence exercise: Your task force has been tipped off that there is illegal export of animals from Australia; it is your task to stop them.
Workshop 3, Stop The Prank investigation: There are rumours that a different Club at your school is going to commit a prank and blame your Club for it. Can you stop the prank before it's too late?
