Are you passionate about your local community? Then becoming a Councillor to represent Narrabri Shire is your opportunity.

Narrabri Shire Council is hosting a candidate information sessions in Boggabri.

This session will be informal and interactive, and are an opportunity to hear about:
* Processes for registering
* Role of Council and Councillors
* How Councillors get elected and what will happen if you are elected
* Local Government in NSW
* What is expected of a councillor including skills and attributes required

NSW Local government elections will be held on Saturday 14 September 2024.
