Join us for an in-depth investigation into teaching multiple rhythmic elements across the various stages of child and adolescent development. This session explores how the Kodaly philosophy's foundatons of active music-making and and focus on "sound before symbol" can enhance the structured sequence for developing music literacy. There will be plenty of repertoire used to illustrate the "prepare-present-practise" cycles which you can use to implement in your own settings. This session can be attributed as teacher-identified professional learning for TQI registration.Location
