Elo And The Shinkicks are a young four piece band based around Regional Victoria. There sound ranges from raw, rowdy rock and roll to dramatic or delicate ballads with there influences being bands such as: Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd Amy Winehouse and Led Zeppelin. As a band they started around half way through last year and since then have played from country towns to the city, in venues such as the Brunswick ballroom, The Hepburn Palais and many more terrific venues.The band will most likely be releasing an album towards the end of the year, full of their originals from start to finish. To sum up with Elo's powerhouse voice, Gus's groovy bass Mals wailing guitar and milo's pounding drums they put on a show worth seeing...
