Dear sisters,

I believe now more than ever it is time for us to return to our true nature with a wide open heart, connecting with one another. Come and gather, strengthen our community and our mental well-being, celebrating ourselves, each other, our challenges, and the many blessings in our lives.

Women have been gathering in circles since the beginning of time to share experiences, stories, thoughts, ideas and prayers, to support and empower each other and share wisdom. 

I offer a safe and gentle, sacred space for women of all ages and backgrounds to come together and share in a supportive environment in which we use our voices, be heard, held and seen without judgment. Creating a space of trust in which we can fully surrender, let go,  be vulnerable, learn from one another, grow and have the opportunity to reflect and be held as a group.

ABOUT THE SESSION:

Starts (AEST) 
Please arrive 15 minutes early, to get settled, so we can start right on time. 
There will be an optional sharing circle after the journey. Please be on time to respect the sacred container we will be co creating 🙏🏽
