Get ready for an unforgettable Saturday night at Animaga 2024! We are thrilled to present Idol Box by 4QNQ, a J-pop Idol, battle-of-the-Bands format – “Taiban Live” event, straight from Sydney! This exciting after-party will take place at the Animaga Performance Stage from 7 PM to 10 PM, and it's your chance to dive into the world of J-pop idols!
Idol Box brings the authentic experience of Taiban Lives to Animaga, from interstate and your favorite local Artists, we bring you an authentic vibrant Idol experience. Come and enjoy an array of performances that showcase the diversity of J-pop Idol genres, including EDM, Trance, Rock, Pop, Citypop, and even a few Metal tracks!
Prepare your penlights, UO, calls, wotagei, utagei, or any other pit rituals, tiger and urya-oi! out all night!

About Idol Box and 4QNQ:
Idol Box, a part of 4QNQ, was formed in Sydney and has been hosting live monthly and weekly events since 2022. Their mission is to bring an authentic Japanese 'Taiban' live experience to audiences in Australia while nurturing and supporting local J-pop/Kaigai Idol artists, as well as connecting Japanese Artists to the Australian scene.

Our lineup features an amazing array of performers, including Wooly, Nakano Himawar, CTRP, ÉTUDE, MOEMONSTA, Polarity, LUMETEOR, NA-E, Seiryou Process, and Z E R ☆. Each act brings their unique style and energy to the stage, ensuring a diverse and captivating show. Expect vibrant performances, an electric atmosphere filled with glow sticks, and the chance to sing along with fellow fans.

- Tickets: $20 G.A. – you will be asked to vote for the Idol Artist that you are there to see on the day, some Artists may include special bonuses if you vote for them!

- All ages event – no alcohol will be served
Event Rules
- Keep things friendly! – Respect each other and everyone at the event! We’re there to have a fun night!
- Media Rules
- @Animaga Stage - Photos/Video OK - tag the artists performing and tag us at Animaga as well!
- @Merchandise Area – Photos & Video are not permitted in areas where Cheki/Polaroids are taken or Merchandise sales
- No tripods in the audience area in front of stage or other fixed cameras – cameras and tripods MUST be set up in the rear of the audience area.
- Privacy – Respect the privacy of staff, attendees, performers
- No physical contact with any performers – including during meet n greet sessions, unless performer has asked you to.
- Safely enjoy the show:
- The following are strictly prohibited:
- Moshing
- Lifting
- Stagediving
- “Throwing hands”
- Wotagei/Utagei
- Find a clear area away from the audience – please do not do Wotagei in the front of the stage areas
- Encourage others to join in!
- Dispose of UOs in bins – do not leave them lying around
- The following are strictly prohibited:
- No loitering around venue after venue has concluded.
- MCEC, Animaga, 4QNQ reserves the right to remove you from the premises for any non-compliance with the above with no refunds offered for Tickets nor Merchandise purchased.
