Vocational Services will be facilitating a general onsite information session regarding pre and post school employment transitions supports.Sunnyfield Disability Services SLES helps people with disability aged 16+ who are currently studying, leaving school, or simply want to develop their skills. With SLES, young people find the support to prepare for work, gain the life and vital work skills they need, find a job they love, build independence and become a valuable member of the team in the workplace. With tailored, goal-oriented career plans and a holistic approach to succeeding at work, Sunnyfield’s SLES supports are the pathway from the classroom to meaningful employment pathways with Sunnyfield and the wider community.
