Build your confidence over four weeks with our intensive clinic!
Refine your technique, enhance your fitness, and connect with fellow swimmers during our four-week pool clinic. Led by an experienced and supportive MSWA accredited swimming coach, these small, friendly sessions are tailored to individuals of all levels, whether you're a beginner or an intermediate seeking to push your limits.
Sessions are held every Saturday at 11am on the following dates: August 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th.
You'll master:
-Head and body positioning
-Kicking mechanics
-Hand and finger drag techniques
-Propulsion methods
-Building endurance
These clinics are subsidised by DLGSC. We would like to thank them for their support.
Please note, that ticket pricing does not include pool entry costs.
