Q Station Winter Warrior Sunday Series with OzSquad
Come and join us for an early morning, invigorating outdoor exercise session to shake off the Winter blues – it will comprise of an OzSquad signature bootcamp followed by either a run technique, yoga, Pilates or a breathwork session. We’ll then round off the mornings with coffee and croissants from the Wharf Café and an informal facilitated core value and goal setting chat to help you take Spring by the horns and connect with your fellow Warriors.

Sunday 18th August - Bootcamp & Pilates
Sunday 25th August - Bootcamp & Breathwork
