This propitious match led the composer to write some of his best chamber music. The famous Clarinet Quintet in B minor is a work of unrivaled sublimity, and is Brahms’ magnum opus.
Come and witness the clarinet in its natural habitat, nestled among the lush harmonies of a string quartet, led by the former concertmaster of the West Australian Symphony Orchestra, playing romantic works by Brahms, Schumann, Bowen & Glazunov.
