PARKING

On-site underground parking is available for an additional $30/night. This is provided through the hotel directly and cannot be pre-booked. Height restriction is 2 metres, and spaces are subject to availability. 

Upon arrival, guests can park in any available space. Please take your parking pass to reception for validation and to make payment. 

PAYMENT

Payment is required at the time of booking. A tax invoice will be provided with your booking confirmation.

• Accomodation bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• Discounted accomodation rates are only available for bookings made via Illume Learning prior to 27th January. 
• Accomodation for the nights of 26th and 27th March 2025 are eligible for the discounted rate. Any additional nights must be booked directly with the Hotel Grand Chancellor and are not eligible for the discounted rate.
• Check in is from 2pm on the day of arrival (front desk is open 24 hours)
• Check out by 11am on the day of departure
• Breakfast is included for the number of guests indicated on your booking
• Parking is available for an additional $30 per day and can be arranged directly with hotel reception on arrival. 
• A credit card security bond of $100.00 per room will be pre-authorised on a credit card at check-in. 
• All rooms are non-smoking
