Rejoicing in longer days and the spark of life after the introspection we experienced in winter. Just as nature enters a cycle of renewal, growth and expansion in Spring, so does the energy within us.
This two hour Yin session will honour spring by targeting the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, associated with the Wood element and the season spring. The Yin sequence aims to balance and support the functioning of Liver and Gallbladder - to support the body’s natural digestive and detoxification functions, and honour this quintessential time of renewal and creation.
Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
