In this workshop, awaken your inner being with yogic pranayama. Shed the layers of what no longer serves and settle in to gentle rebirthing breathwork to rest, repair and restore as you are guided into the a meditation to connect to the abundance within. This will lead into an hour-long crystal quartz singing bowl sound bath with koshi chimes, tuning forks and more. The high-purity bowls are tuned to 432hz – the same frequency of nature. Let the sound wash over you to cleanse and renew you.
