This workshop is the second workshop of a monthly series and will focus on the sacral chakra to bring you back to a state of feeling worthy, creative, playful, safe to feel & express your emotions. The Sanskrit name for Sacral, Svadhishthana, means “dwelling place of the Self.” Working with the water element and balancing the sacral chakra will help you to connect with who you are as the whole self.
