This workshop is the third workshop of a monthly series and will focus on the solar plexus chakra to bring you back to a state of feeling confident and empowered. The solar plexus chakra governs the fire element within you. It is your strength, ego, willpower and inner power. The Sanskrit name for Solar Plexus, Manipura, means “place of the shining gem.” Working with the fire element and balancing the solar plexus chakra will help you to build a strong sense of self and personal power.
