About
This presentation provides an overview of the particular features of families and relational systems where ADHD is the ‘Presenting Problem’ and the numerous others forms of distress and suffering in the family system are accepted as incidental, ordinary or unrelated. The family assessment tools, Score 15 and if we have time Score 40, are used to provide practitioners with a framework for a non-judgemental and collaborative Systemic Conceptualisation & Formulation which assists in developing and maintaining a Balanced Alliance with the family.Sophie is Director of Williams Road Family Therapy Centre, with 40 years experience in training, research & practice of Family and Systemic Therapy, and Counselling, Clinical & Educational Developmental Psychology.
