This program offers the opportunity to build your skills in the season right before club trials start.The program will focus on building;
Speed - Court conditioning - Ball skills - footwork and the program is designed to be an elevated work-rate style session asking the players to work hard for a 90min period.
This program is for players aged 10-14yrs (ages split).
